By | May 18, 2021

KSA and UKGC reached an Agreement of Understanding and this was informed in the gambling news on legislation a few hours ago.

Although each country is still responsible for the regulation of gambling in its territory, the European Union encourages member states to reach this type of collaboration to continuously work for similar rules and commercial practices between the different countries of the EU.

Terms of agreement

Over the past year, the KSA reached collaborative gambling agreements with France, Belgium, Sweden and Malta. It has been added to his list in the UK recently.

The agreement with the British gaming regulator establishes that both countries can support each other in supervisory tasks, exchange general information, and share specific information. The common goal is to try to combat cybercrime and promote responsible gaming.

From an international point of view, these types of practices must be carried out in various countries, since online bets are made over the internet, and the internet has no borders.
