AGA Has Warned US Bettors about Offshore Betting Sites

The American Gaming Association (AGA) has warned US bettors about illegal websites, particularly Coral and BetVictor. These bookmakers were named as the unlicensed offshore betting sites. Presently, the US betting market is facing legal sports betting increase. The AGA has reported about many offshore operators that don’t share their unlawful statuses. The Association informs people about illegal market operators.

The AGA officials stated that offshore betting sites put the US bettors at the risk of problematic gambling.

The list of illegal bookmakers by the AGA includes:

Coral;
BetVictor5Dimes;
BetAnySports;
BetDSI;
BetNow;
Bovada;
Xbet, etc.

The authority has also called the local media not to mention bookmakers from this list. Legal and licensed betting websites are the only ones that can be published in the press.

The US states report significant GGR growth in the betting sector. Pennsylvania sportsbooks earned $85 million in November 2021. Another state – New Jersey – became the first state to make over $100 million in the betting sector. Online betting was profitable in November as well. Michigan has reported $500 million GGR.
