All-in Diversity Project announces survey into pandemic DEI impacts

By | May 10, 2021

The All-in Diversity Project (AiDP) has launched an industry-first survey examining the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) in the betting and gaming industry.

Initiated globally, the survey is free for all participants and will allow employees and employers to share their thoughts and experiences on how the pandemic has affected their attitudes and approach to the workplace.

“By asking employees and employers the right questions now, we hope to try to identify what the impacts are or might be – both good and bad – and develop a strategy that aims to address the negative and amplify the positive,” said Kelly Kehn, Co-Founder of the All-In Diversity Project.

“Established to measure diversity, equality and inclusion for the global gaming sector, this is an important tool we are offering the industry.”

All-In will utilise the data collected to educate and inform businesses and organisations across the betting and gaming sector about the impact of the pandemic on both employees and employers.

The ultimate goal of the survey is to establish the ‘long-lasting imprint’ of the COVID-19 virus on society and the workplace, with a specific focus on those working within the gambling sector, the retail sector of which has only just begun to resume operations in the UK.

Founded in 2017, the All-in Diversity Project aims to develop the tools to assist the gambling industry with progressing on its DEI objectives, primarily driven by data collection, measurement and benchmarking via its Annual Report.

The project recently launched its #OpenDoors2021 campaign, with the intention of raising awareness of how professional development can be affected by others, and assisting people with recognising that career progression often requires additional support.

Corporate sponsors of the campaign include Penn National Gaming, Hero Gaming, Interactive Gaming Group, Insight Group, Playtech, Pronet Gaming and Facebook Gaming.
